The BR6416 Communication Management Gateway is a high-performance rack-mounted embedded computer designed for PV plant communication, data center power and environment monitoring, energy storage system energy management, power data acquisition, and centralized industrial field communication management. It adopts a multi-core ARM processor with a clock speed of up to 1.8GHz and runs on the Linux operating system, providing powerful data processing capability and flexible communication access. The BR6416 supports 4 100M/10M adaptive industrial Ethernet ports, 16 fully isolated RS485 ports, 2 fully isolated RS232 ports, 8 DI channels, 4 DO channels, USB3.0 HOST, and an SD card interface. It also supports configurable WIFI and 4G cellular communication. With rich communication interfaces, the device is suitable for centralized access to multiple devices, protocols, and sites, making it ideal for large-scale PV plants, energy storage stations, data center monitoring, and integrated energy management systems. The product is equipped with 2GB LPDDR4 SDRAM and 8GB EMMC5 storage. It supports built-in WEB, an embedded database, cloud platform connectivity, and mobile access. Users can view monitoring data, query historical reports, and perform local parameter settings through a browser without installing additional software. The BR6416 adopts a standard 19-inch 1U enclosure with a durable aluminum alloy structure and supports front-panel rack mounting and wall-mounted installation, making it easy to deploy and maintain in engineering projects.

High-Density Communication Interfaces The BR6416 provides 16 fully isolated RS485 ports, 2 fully isolated RS232 ports, and 4 100M/10M Ethernet ports, meeting the requirements for centralized access to a large number of field devices. The RS485 ports adopt a three-level protection design and support 4kV protection in accordance with GB/T 17626.5-2008, making them suitable for industrial communication scenarios with complex electromagnetic environments. The RS232 ports are multiplexed with RS485, allowing flexible communication configuration based on field device protocols and interface requirements. DI/DO and Local Parameter Setting The device supports 8 digital input channels and 4 digital output channels. The 8 input channels support both active 12V and passive input, making them suitable for device status acquisition, alarm signal access, linkage control, and field signal monitoring. The BR6416 supports local parameter setting, making field commissioning, communication configuration, and maintenance more convenient. Linux System and Device Commissioning The BR6416 runs on the Linux operating system and includes complete device commissioning software, supporting fast device access, parameter configuration, protocol adaptation, and communication debugging. Combined with a high-performance multi-core ARM processor and large-capacity memory, it provides stable support for centralized data acquisition, protocol conversion, edge processing, and remote operation and maintenance. Built-in WEB and Data Platform Capabilities The device supports built-in WEB access, allowing users to view monitoring data directly through a browser without installing any software. Combined with the embedded database, cloud platform connectivity, and mobile access, it supports local monitoring, remote access, historical data query, and centralized management. Configurable Wireless Communication The BR6416 supports WIFI and 4G cellular communication configurations. WIFI is compatible with the 802.11a/b/g standard and supports DSSS/CCK/OFDM RF types. 4G cellular supports four-band TDD-LTE and three-band FDD-LTE, making it suitable for remote site access, wireless data upload, and distributed system networking. 19-Inch 1U Industrial Structure The BR6416 uses a high-quality aluminum alloy enclosure and a standard 19-inch 1U chassis design, making it durable and suitable for installation in communication cabinets, monitoring cabinets, distribution cabinets, and data center equipment rooms.
