The BR5000 EMS Controller is a high-performance communication management device designed for energy storage systems, power data acquisition, edge computing gateways, industrial communication control, and multi-device coordinated management. It adopts a Freescale IMX processor with a clock speed of up to 792MHz and runs on the Linux operating system, providing stable data processing capability, rich communication interfaces, and flexible device access. The BR5000 integrates 4 fully isolated RS485 ports, 2 100M/10M adaptive industrial Ethernet ports, standard 4G cellular communication, 3 isolated CAN-bus channels, 8 opto-isolated DI channels, 8 relay-isolated DO channels, and 4 ADC channels. It also supports USB, SD card, LVDS, and MiniPCIe expansion interfaces. Wireless modules using USB or UART interfaces, such as 4G, WiFi, and LoRa modules, can be expanded according to project requirements, making the device suitable for multi-protocol, multi-device, and multi-scenario industrial field applications. The product supports built-in WEB, an embedded database, cloud platform connectivity, and mobile access. Users can view device data and query historical data reports through a browser without installing additional software, enabling remote operation, maintenance, and centralized management. With a high-quality aluminum alloy enclosure, the BR5000 supports wall-mounted and standard DIN rail installation. It is suitable for energy storage EMS, microgrids, power monitoring, PV plants, C&I energy storage, and industrial automation applications.

Rich Industrial Communication Interfaces The BR5000 provides 4 fully isolated RS485 ports, 2 100M/10M Ethernet ports, and 3 isolated CAN-bus channels, supporting CAN communication rates from 5kbps to 1000kbps. The RS485 ports adopt a three-level protection design and support 4kV protection in accordance with GB/T 17626.2-2018, making them suitable for stable communication in complex industrial field environments. The device also provides 2 USB2.0 HOST ports, 1 SD card slot, 1 LVDS interface, and 1 MiniPCIe socket, meeting the requirements for local storage, peripheral expansion, display expansion, and wireless communication expansion. Multi-Channel I/O and Analog Acquisition The BR5000 integrates 8 opto-isolated DI channels, 8 relay-isolated DO channels, 6 high-side/low-side driver DO channels, and 4 ADC channels. It can be used for field digital signal acquisition, relay control, driver output, and analog signal acquisition, making it suitable for device status monitoring, linkage control, alarm output, and connection to various sensors. Linux System and Device Commissioning The device runs on the Linux operating system and includes complete device commissioning software, supporting fast device access, parameter configuration, protocol adaptation, and field debugging. With stable computing resources and rich interfaces, the BR5000 can be used as an energy storage EMS controller, edge computing gateway, or core field communication management device. Built-in WEB and Data Management The BR5000 supports built-in WEB access, allowing users to browse monitoring data, view device operating status, and query historical data reports directly through a browser without installing any software. Combined with the embedded database, cloud platform connectivity, and mobile access, it supports local monitoring, remote access, data storage, and centralized operation and maintenance. Wireless Communication and Expansion The BR5000 comes standard with 4G cellular communication, supporting four-band TDD-LTE and three-band FDD-LTE. Optional WiFi and USB Bluetooth are also supported. Through MiniPCIe, USB, or UART expansion, the device can support wireless modules such as 4G, WiFi, and LoRa, making it suitable for distributed stations, remote operation and maintenance, and multi-scenario networking applications. Industrial Structure and Environmental Adaptability The product uses a high-quality aluminum alloy enclosure for reliable mechanical strength. It supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to 60°C and 5%–95%RH non-condensing humidity. The device supports wall-mounted or standard DIN rail installation and is suitable for installation in energy storage cabinets, distribution cabinets, control cabinets, communication cabinets, and industrial field equipment enclosures.
