The BR3000 Communication Management Gateway is a high-performance industrial communication gateway designed for power data acquisition, edge computing, energy storage EMS management, and industrial field communication control. It adopts a high-performance quad-core Cortex-A9 processor with a clock speed of up to 1.4GHz and runs on the Linux operating system, providing powerful data processing capability and flexible device access. The BR3000 comes standard with 4 RS485 ports, 1 RS232 port, 2 industrial Ethernet ports, and 4G cellular communication. WIFI and CAN are available as optional configurations. It supports multi-device access, remote communication, edge data processing, and local monitoring. With built-in WEB, database, and cloud platform functions, users can view device data, query historical data reports, and access the system from mobile devices without installing additional software. The product is equipped with 512MB DDR3 SDRAM and 8GB Flash storage, supporting cyclic storage of historical detailed data, alarm event records, power generation records, charge/discharge records, and dispatching statistics. With a compact aluminum alloy enclosure, the BR3000 supports wall-mounted and standard DIN rail installation, making it suitable for C&I energy storage, power monitoring, PV plants, energy storage stations, microgrids, and industrial automation applications.

Rich Communication Interfaces The BR3000 provides a wide range of communication interfaces, including 4 fully isolated RS485 ports, 1 RS232 port, 2 10M/100M adaptive industrial Ethernet ports, and standard 4G cellular communication. The RS485 interfaces adopt a three-level protection design and support 4kV protection in accordance with GB/T 17626.5-2008, making the device suitable for complex industrial field environments. The device also supports optional WIFI/CAN and provides USB HOST and SD card interfaces for flexible communication and storage expansion based on project requirements. Linux System and Edge Computing Capability The BR3000 runs on the Linux operating system and includes complete device commissioning software, enabling fast device access and flexible configuration. Its high-performance quad-core Cortex-A9 processor provides stable computing resources for data acquisition, protocol conversion, edge computing, device dispatching, and local data processing. Built-in WEB and Local Data Access The device supports built-in WEB access. Users can access device data, view real-time monitoring information, and query historical data and reports directly through a browser without installing any additional software. Combined with the built-in database and cloud platform capabilities, the BR3000 supports local monitoring, remote access, and cloud-based data collaboration. Large-Capacity Local Storage The BR3000 is equipped with 512MB DDR3 SDRAM and 8GB Flash storage and supports SD card expansion. It can cyclically store historical detailed data, alarm event records, power generation records, charge/discharge records, and dispatching statistics, meeting the requirements for long-term operation data retention and traceability.
