BR3015

Model: BR3015

The BR3015 is a 15-inch industrial panel PC designed for local EMS controller display, field commissioning, data monitoring, and remote operation and maintenance. It features an aluminum alloy enclosure and snap-in embedded installation structure, together with a 15-inch TFT LCD display and a 10-point projected capacitive touch panel. With clear display quality and responsive touch operation, it is suitable for installation in energy storage cabinets, distribution cabinets, control cabinets, and industrial equipment panels. The BR3015 runs on a standard Windows system and can be used both as a local display terminal for EMS controllers and as a field commissioning terminal. It supports local display for the full range of EMS controllers. Only one Ethernet cable is required between the BR3015 and the EMS controller, simplifying wiring and improving deployment efficiency. Local data is refreshed in real time with a refresh cycle of up to 1 second. The device supports both local touch-screen display and WEB access over the local area network. The product is equipped with an Intel Celeron J6412 quad-core processor, 8GB DDR4 memory, and 32GB storage, and supports Windows 10 / Windows 7 operating systems. It provides 2 Gigabit adaptive LAN ports, VGA, HDMI, dual-band WiFi, USB2.0, USB3.0, COM serial port, Phoenix terminal, and audio interfaces, meeting the requirements for EMS local monitoring, field parameter configuration, engineering commissioning, remote upgrade, and remote fault diagnosis.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Product Details

Flexible Hardware and Software Architecture The BR3015 adopts a standard Windows operating system and an industrial panel PC hardware platform, making it compatible with local display requirements for the full range of EMS controllers. It communicates with the EMS controller over Ethernet, requiring only one network cable between the controller and the display terminal. This reduces wiring complexity and improves engineering deployment efficiency. This architecture supports both local human-machine interaction and WEB access to EMS data over the local area network, making it suitable for local monitoring in energy storage stations, C&I energy storage systems, microgrids, and integrated energy management systems. Simple and Efficient Local Display The BR3015 supports real-time local data refresh with a refresh cycle of up to 1 second, enabling fast display of operating data, device status, alarm information, and historical trends collected by the EMS controller. Users can view system operating status directly through the touch screen, or access local data through WEB pages within the local area network. The device uses a 15-inch TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 1024 × 768 and a 10-point projected capacitive touch panel, providing intuitive operation for long-term field use. Integrated Local Display and Field Commissioning The BR3015 can serve not only as a local display terminal for EMS controllers, but also as a field commissioning computer. Engineers can use the Windows system for device parameter configuration, communication debugging, data viewing, and system maintenance, greatly improving the convenience of project implementation, field delivery, and follow-up maintenance. Remote Operation and Maintenance Support The device supports global remote commissioning, remote upgrade, and remote fault diagnosis, helping operation and maintenance personnel quickly locate field issues, reduce on-site travel costs, and improve system maintenance efficiency. Combined with EMS controllers and cloud platform capabilities, it enables collaborative management of local display, field commissioning, remote assistance, and centralized operation and maintenance. Rich Communication and Expansion Interfaces The BR3015 provides 2 10M/100M/1000M adaptive Ethernet ports for EMS controller communication and local network access. It is also equipped with VGA, HDMI, dual-band 2.4GHz + 5.0GHz WiFi, optional RS232/RS485/RS422 COM port, 12-pin Phoenix terminal, audio input/output, GND, USB2.0, and USB3.0 interfaces, meeting requirements for field display, data communication, peripheral expansion, and commissioning maintenance. Industrial Structure and Field Adaptability The BR3015 uses an aluminum alloy enclosure with a robust structure and supports snap-in embedded installation. It supports an operating temperature range of -10°C to 60°C and an ambient humidity range of 20%–95%RH non-condensing, making it suitable for installation in energy storage cabinets, distribution cabinets, control cabinets, and industrial field equipment panels.
