The BR3027 Smart Touch Panel is an industrial-grade embedded ARM touch controller that integrates digital input acquisition, digital output control, serial smart device access, CAN smart device access, and local visual display. It is suitable for power supply systems, production automation monitoring, power data monitoring, data center power distribution monitoring, energy storage EMS, and local control terminal applications. The product adopts a TI AM335X processor with a clock speed of up to 800MHz, together with 256MB high-performance memory and 256MB Flash storage. It provides 6 isolated digital input channels, 3 relay output channels, 4 fully isolated RS485 ports, 1 isolated RS232 port, 2 CAN ports, and 1 100M/10M Ethernet port. It also supports WIFI and 4G cellular communication configurations, meeting the requirements of multi-device access, field control, remote communication, and data acquisition. The BR3027 is equipped with an 800 × 480 high-resolution TFT LCD screen, LED backlight, and an industrial 4-wire resistive touch panel, providing clear display performance and long service life. The device supports built-in WEB, an embedded database, cloud platform connectivity, and mobile access. Complex control logic and industry protocols such as energy storage dispatching, IEC104, IEC61850, and MQTT can be customized according to project requirements.

Integrated Touch and Control Terminal The BR3027 integrates touch display, digital input acquisition, relay control, serial communication, CAN communication, and Ethernet communication in one device. It can be used as an industrial HMI terminal, device control terminal, and edge data acquisition terminal, making it suitable for field environments with limited installation space and high functional requirements. Isolated I/O and Communication Interfaces The device provides 6 isolated digital input channels, supporting both active 12V and passive input. It also provides 3 relay output channels, including 1 normally open/normally closed contact and 2 normally open contacts, with a contact capacity of 30VDC 1A. For communication, the BR3027 is equipped with 4 fully isolated RS485 ports, 1 isolated RS232 port, 2 CAN ports, and 1 100M/10M Ethernet port, supporting access to various field smart devices. Electrical isolation between ports helps improve system anti-interference capability and operating stability. Its embedded database supports cyclic local storage of historical detailed data, alarm event records, power generation data, charge/discharge data, and dispatching statistics, meeting requirements for field data query, report statistics, and fault traceability. Flexible Expansion and Field Deployment The BR3027 supports SD card storage expansion and USB HOST peripheral expansion, as well as WIFI and 4G cellular communication configurations. With an ABS+PC engineering plastic enclosure and embedded door-panel installation, it is suitable for integration into power cabinets, energy storage cabinets, distribution cabinets, and automation control cabinets.
