The BR6216 Communication Management Gateway is a rack-mounted embedded communication management device based on an industrial-grade Cortex-A8 processor. It is designed for PV plant communication, data center power and environment monitoring, energy storage system energy management, power data acquisition, and industrial field device access. The product adopts a 600MHz RISC-based processor and runs on the Linux operating system, providing stable data processing capability and flexible communication access. The BR6216 provides 6 fully isolated RS485 ports, 2 fully isolated RS232 ports, and 2 100M/10M adaptive industrial Ethernet ports. It also supports customized WIFI, 4G, CAN, and other communication options. The device integrates 8 DI channels and 4 DO channels and supports local parameter setting, meeting the requirements for field signal acquisition, device control, remote communication, and multi-protocol device access. The product is equipped with 256MB DDR3 SDRAM and 256MB Flash storage, and supports USB HOST and SD card expansion. It also integrates RTC, a buzzer, and other functional modules. With a standard 19-inch 1U rack-mounted enclosure, the BR6216 is durable and easy to install, making it suitable for centralized monitoring, communication management, and energy management system deployment.

Multi-Serial and Network Communication Capability The BR6216 integrates 8 serial communication interfaces, including 6 fully isolated RS485 ports and 2 fully isolated RS232 ports, allowing simultaneous access to various field smart devices. The RS485 ports adopt a three-level protection design and support 4kV protection in accordance with GB/T 17626.5-2008, making them suitable for complex communication environments in power, energy storage, and industrial field applications. The device also provides 2 100M/10M adaptive industrial Ethernet ports and supports built-in WEB access. Users can view monitoring data directly through a browser without installing additional software. DI/DO and Local Parameter Setting The BR6216 supports 8 digital input channels and 4 digital output channels. The 8 input channels support both active 12V and passive input, making them suitable for field status acquisition, alarm signal access, device linkage, and local control. The device supports local parameter setting, which makes field commissioning and operation maintenance more convenient. Linux System and Device Commissioning The product runs on the Linux operating system and includes complete device commissioning software, supporting flexible device access, communication parameter configuration, protocol adaptation, and field data debugging. Based on a stable Cortex-A8 computing platform, the BR6216 can be used as a power station communication gateway, edge acquisition terminal, or field communication core device for energy management systems. Built-in WEB and Data Platform Capabilities The BR6216 supports built-in WEB, an embedded database, cloud platform connectivity, and mobile access. Users can view device data and monitoring information through a browser, and can also work with the cloud platform for remote operation, centralized management, and data analysis. Configurable Wireless Communication The device supports configurable WIFI, 4G cellular, and GPRS communication. WIFI is compatible with the 802.11a/b/g standard, 4G supports four-band TDD-LTE and three-band FDD-LTE, and GPRS supports quad-band 850/900/1800/1900. CAN and other communication options can also be customized according to project requirements, meeting different field networking and device access needs. 19-Inch 1U Rack-Mounted Structure The BR6216 adopts a standard 19-inch 1U enclosure with a high-quality aluminum alloy structure, making it durable and suitable for installation in communication cabinets, distribution cabinets, monitoring cabinets, and data center equipment rooms.
